Start-up, Blow-out, Flushing Chemicals

Especially after the construction phase of the power plants and during the commissioning process, in order to make the quality of the steam sent to the turbine suitable and to reduce it to international boiler limits, all feed water lines and superheated steam lines are firstly acidic washed with inhibitor acids to eliminate iron deposits formed during the construction phase. Then, in order to break the acidic environment in the lines, the neutralization process is carried out with an amine suitable for the system, and the acidic environment inside is broken. Finally, the passivation process is carried out to protect the lines against corrosion and the blow-out process is started. In order to monitor the steam quality, cationic conductivity monitoring is installed in the boiler system and when it falls below 0.2 µS/cm, steam is sent to the turbine, and electricity generation is started. The selection and application of appropriate chemicals for all these processes are provided by us.
